Fe550 TMT BARS
Our company manufactures steel TMT bars that are made from grade Fe550, which has the least amount of sulphur and phosphorus and is suitable for the construction of any concrete structure.
The unique chemical structure of Fe550 gives them resistance to corrosion and fire and enhances their physical characteristics. The enhanced strength and ductility of the rods help strengthen their firm bond with the concrete.
Special Properties:
These TMT rods have the greatest ductility and are not fragile or weak when bent to their maximum tensile strength. TMT Bars are resilient to fire, flexible, and are very robust.
Hitech Technology
Our company uses hitech technology, which constitutes a distinctive quenching and self-tempering process.
Uniform Metallurgical Grain Structure
The manufacturing of steel using the hitech technology ensures a uniform metallurgical grain structure, which increases tensile strength and ductility. This technology allows the rolled steel to be more ductile, which is highly conducive for building bridges, concrete reinforcement structures, flyovers, dams, and other structures.
Rib Design
Our TMT bars are manufactured with special rib designs that provide superior anchorage and bonding with the concrete mix, helping in fighting natural catastrophes.
